VKS is a website and management software package built for villa rental companies, and it also suits companies that work with an agent network. It brings listings, the availability calendar, seasonal pricing, bookings and quotes, cash and accounting and a multilingual booking website into one system.
Villa content (title, description, features, bedroom-bathroom-pool details, prices, photos) can be imported in bulk from an Excel file. Our setup team does the import with you and checks it; past bookings are optional.
Yes. The system comes with a booking website published on your own domain with your own logo and colours. The site supports Turkish, English, French and Arabic, and guests can view prices in TRY, EUR, USD or GBP.
On the availability calendar you set the nightly rate and minimum stay for each villa by date range. Discounts are added as dated periods and applied per day. The price shown on the listing card is calculated from the calendar automatically.
Yes. The cash and accounting module keeps the deposit, remaining balance, cash collected by the owner, referrer share and agent commission for every booking in one ledger. Thanks to the audit balance, any unreconciled amount is visible immediately.
The system is designed with SEO in mind: region and category landing pages, a blog, FAQ, editable titles and descriptions, canonical and hreflang tags, structured data and fast-loading pages. Rankings also depend on your content and competition; the platform supports them rather than getting in the way.
Yes. With role and permission management you open only the screens each user needs. Agents can follow the bookings they bring and their earnings.
It depends on your number of villas and the state of your data. A typical setup that starts with a ready Excel list, including import, domain connection and training, can be completed within a few days.
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Role-based access, captcha and regular backups are supported, and privacy and cookie texts are managed from the admin.
